Enabling Respond 2.0 for an account or team

This article walks you through turning on Respond 2.0 for a single account or for a team.

For one account (e.g. your Facebook Page or Instagram)

  1. Go to Respond 2.0 in the left menu.

  2. Click Accounts at the top.

  3. Find the account you want and click its card.

  4. If you see a message like “This setup is only needed once per inbox,” click Continue.

  5. The inbox opens. You can now see and reply to that account’s conversations.

For a team

  1. Go to Respond 2.0.

  2. Click Teams at the top.

  3. Find the team and click its card.

  4. If a setup message appears, click Continue.

  5. The team inbox opens. You’ll see conversations from all accounts in that team.

Enabling more than one

You can enable as many accounts and teams as you like. Each time:

  • Open Respond 2.0

  • Choose Accounts or Teams

  • Click the card

  • Click Continue if you see the one-time setup message

Where are the inbox settings?

When you’re inside an inbox (with the conversation list open), look at the top right for the gear icon. Click it to open inbox settings. From there you can manage that inbox and see options like reconnecting a disconnected account.
