How to open Respond 2.0 and choose an inbox

Step 1: Open Respond 2.0

• Log in to SocialBu.

• In the left sidebar, click Respond 2.0.

You’ll see the Respond 2.0 home screen. This is where you choose which inbox to open.

Step 2: Choose what to see: Accounts or Teams

At the top you’ll see two options:

• Accounts – one social account per inbox (e.g. one Facebook Page, one Instagram account).

• Teams – one inbox that shows conversations from all accounts in a team.

Click Accounts or Teams to switch. The list below will change.

Step 3: Pick an account or team

You’ll see cards for each account or team. Each card usually shows:

• Name of the account or team

• How many active conversations it has

Step 4: Open the inbox

Click the card of the account or team you want. One of two things will happen:

• If that inbox is already set up, it will open and you’ll see the list of conversations.

• If it’s not set up yet, a short message will appear. Click Continue to turn on the inbox and open it.

That’s it. You’re now in that inbox and can start reading and replying.
