Overview
Scheduling hundreds of posts for multiple social media accounts at various times can be overwhelming. SocialBu simplifies this process by allowing you to add posts directly to your Queue using the Bulk Import feature. This makes managing your content calendar easier and more efficient.
Set Account, Date & Time for Your Queued Posts
- Go to the Queue section in your SocialBu dashboard.
- Create a new queue if you don’t already have one, or select an existing queue that you’d like to use.
- Open the queue settings.
Assign the social media account(s) where you want your scheduled posts to be published. Set the posting days and times for the queue. You can choose multiple days and specific times for each.
Once you’ve set this up, any post added to this queue (including those imported via CSV) will automatically follow the specified schedule, so you don’t need to include date and time in your CSV file.
How to Add Posts to a Queue via Bulk Import:
Prepare Your CSV File:
Create or edit your CSV file for bulk import. Ensure it contains all necessary columns for your posts.
Add a Special Column:
Add a new column with the heading “Add to Queue”.
- Specify Queue Name:
- Under the “Add to Queue” column, write the exact name of the Queue where you want each post to be added. This directs SocialBu to place your posts in the specified Queue.
- Upload Your CSV File:
- Go to the Bulk Import section under the Publish Feature in SocialBu and upload your CSV file.
- Import Posts:
- Follow the prompt to import your posts. SocialBu will add them to the specified Queues accordingly.
📢 Important Note: The "Publish At / Account / Account type" columns are not relevant when adding posts to a Queue via bulk import, as you have already entered that information in the queue.

FAQs
- What happens if I don’t specify a Queue name in the “Add to Queue” column?
If the “Add to Queue” column is left empty or missing, your posts will not be added to any Queue. You must specify the exact Queue name to add posts there.
- Can I add posts to multiple Queues in one CSV file?
Yes! Simply specify different Queue names for each post in the “Add to Queue” column as needed.
- How many posts can I upload at once via bulk import?
Depends on the plan you have. Standard plan allows 200 posts, super plan allows 500 posts, supreme plan allows 2000 posts.
