Understanding Content Performance in Analyze

Content Report Sections

To evaluate how your published content is performing across your connected social media channels, go to the Analyze section in SocialBu and open the Content Report. This feature gives you a detailed breakdown of your content's effectiveness, helping you optimize your social media strategy.

1. Posts vs Engagement

This section includes a graph that compares the number of posts you've published (Black line) with the engagement those posts received (Blue line).

  • X-axis: Dates of post publication

  • Y-axis: Number of posts and engagement received

  • Hover your cursor over the graph to view exact data points

  • You can download this chart as PDF, PNG, or JPEG

2. Publishing Behavior

This report is shown as a pie chart to help you understand what types of content (text, image, video) you most frequently publish.

  • Easily analyze your content strategy at a glance

  • Identify what content format dominates your feed

  • Charts can be downloaded individually without downloading the entire report.

Hashtag engagement insights have been
discontinued and will no longer be available.

3. Top Posts

This section displays your top 10 performing posts based on engagement across all connected social platforms.

  • See which content types resonate best with your audience

  • Gain insight into the tone, format, or topic that performs well

  • Use this data to replicate successful posts in the future

Monthly/Yearly content performance report

  1. On the top-right of the screen, click the Filter button.

  • In the filter panel, set your desired Start Date and End Date to define the report range.

  1. Once your date range is set, click Apply to generate the report.

Viewing the Team account(s) performance

  1. In the filter panel, locate the Team dropdown.

  1. Select the team whose content performance you wish to analyze.

  2. Click Apply to load the filtered performance data for that team's accounts.

Viewing specific social accounts’ performance

  1. In the Filter, click on the Accounts dropdown.

  1. Select the specific social media account(s) for which you want to view performance data.

  1. After selecting the desired accounts, click Apply.

Your dashboard will now show content performance reports only for the selected accounts.

FAQs

  • Can I download the entire content report?

    Yes, you can download the entire report or individual charts as needed.

  • What does “engagement” include in these reports?

    Engagement includes likes, comments, shares, clicks, and other platform-specific interactions.

  • Can I select multiple accounts at once?

    Yes, you can select one or more accounts to compare their performance data.

  • Can I compare two months side by side?

    Currently, side-by-side comparison isn't available directly. However, you can export data for two different months and compare them manually.
