How to download graph/chart at a time

SocialBu allows you to download any graph or chart from your reports in just a few clicks. This is helpful for presentations, reports, or internal reviews.

Steps to Download a Graph or Chart

  1. Go to the Analyze section from your SocialBu dashboard.

  1. Choose the specific report (Content Performance, Account Performance, Network Performance, or Team Performance) that includes the graph or chart you want.

  2. Locate the graph or chart you'd like to download.

  1. Click on the three-bar menu icon (≡) on the top-right corner of the chart.

  • Select the format in which you want to download the chart:

  1. PDF

  2. PNG

  3. JPEG

  1. The download will begin automatically, and the file will be saved to your device.

That’s it! You now have a copy of the report visual ready to use.

  • Can I download multiple graphs at once?

No, each graph or chart must be downloaded individually by clicking its menu icon.

  • Are all graphs downloadable?

Yes, every graph and chart within the Analyze section of SocialBu is downloadable.

  • Can I use this feature on the mobile version?

Currently, this functionality works best on the desktop version of SocialBu.
