  • If you have approval permission, use the Approve or Reject buttons on the post.

  • Click Reject to send the post back to Drafts. SocialBu asks you to enter a rejection reason, and the post creator is notified with that reason.

Preview, Duplicate, or Save a Post as Draft

Go to the specific post you want to manage in the Awaiting Approval section.

  • Click the three dots (⋮) on the post.

  • From the dropdown, choose:

Use Bulk Actions

  • Select one or more editable posts using the checkbox beside each post.

  • Use the selected-posts dropdown to Save as Draft or Delete the selected posts.

  • Approval and rejection are handled one post at a time.

  1. Posts will not be published unless approved.

  2. Once approved, a post moves to the Scheduled section.

  3. Approvers may receive reminders when posts are awaiting approval. If a post is rejected, the creator is notified with the rejection reason.

  4. Only team members with the proper permissions can approve, reject, or manage these actions.
