Bulk Upload Instagram Posts

If you want to bulk import your posts to Instagram using SocialBu, follow the steps below. This can help you save time and schedule content in advance efficiently.

Navigate to the Publish tab and select Bulk Import. You can download the CSV file. This template contains the required format you need to follow for uploading your posts.

You can download the CSV template if needed.

Fill in your data: Enter your post captions, media URLs, publishing time, etc., as instructed in the template.

Note:

Make sure not to change the format or headings in the CSV.

To post a Reel or Story (optional): Create a new column in the CSV called Post as reel or Post as story. Type TRUE for posts you want as Reels/story. Type FALSE or delete the column if not needed.

Once your file is ready, upload it back into SocialBu.

  • Can I schedule Reels and Stories using the bulk uploader?

    You can schedule Reels and Stories.

  • Can I use video URLs in the CSV file?

    Yes, as long as they are public and supported formats. Make sure they comply with Instagram’s requirements.

  • What happens if I upload a CSV with errors?

    You’ll see an error message identifying which rows or columns need to be corrected before the upload can proceed.

  • Is there a limit to how many posts I can upload at once?

    It It depends on your plan.. Your upload limit depends on your plan: 200 rows on Starter and lower plans, 500 rows on Growth, and 2,000 rows on Agency.
