Newly connected account not appearing in Post Composer

When you connect a new social account in SocialBu, it normally appears in the Post Composer within a few seconds to a couple of minutes. In rare cases (provider API delays, permission changes) it can take up to 10β15 minutes.
Expected timing
Typical: < 2 minutes.
Occasional delay: up to 10β15 minutes (provider-side propagation).
Quick troubleshooting (try in this order)
Refresh the page and open Post Composer again
Hard reload / clear cache β Mac: Cmd+Shift+R; or open a private window (Cmd+Shift+N) and sign in.
Check your internet connection
Advanced checks
Check browser console/network for failed API calls (Developer Tools: Cmd+Option+I).
Try a different browser or device to rule out local caching.
When to contact SocialBu support
If the account still does not appear after ~15 minutes and reconnect attempts:
Provide your SocialBu account email.
Specify the social network type (e.g., Facebook Page, Instagram Business, Twitter/X).
Include screenshots showing the Post Composer.
