Accessing the Calendar

To view your content calendar:

You’ll see a complete overview of all your past published and upcoming scheduled posts in a monthly or weekly view.

Viewing Post Details

Once inside the calendar view, you’ll see a complete layout of your content. This includes all the posts you’ve scheduled for the future as well as those that have already been published.

To check the details of a specific post:

Hover your cursor over the post or click on the post to open a pop-up with complete post details where you can also edit the post.

You also have the option to choose how you want to view the calendar. At the top-right corner, you can toggle between Weekly or Monthly views, depending on how detailed or broad an overview you need.

How to create a post directly via Calendar

To schedule a new post:

  • Go to the Calendar

  • Click on the specific day/date you want to schedule a post

  • + button will appear, click it

  • This opens the Post Composer

  • Create your content, select the desired time, and click Schedule

  • Your post will now appear on the calendar on the chosen date

Republishing a post through Calendar

SocialBu makes it easy to republish your existing posts directly from the Calendar view. Whether you want to reshare evergreen content or repost an update, you can do it with just a few clicks.

Locate the Post

Find the post that is already published, and you'd like to republish it.

Click on the Post: Click the three-dot menu (•••) on the post. From the dropdown, click Republish.

    No, you will need to choose a new date/time for the duplicated post.

    No, you can schedule posts as far in advance as you like.
