Scheduling Posts Through SocialBu’s Calendar
SocialBu’s Calendar feature provides a visual and interactive way to schedule your social media posts. It helps you plan your content, stay organized, and ensure consistent publishing across all your connected platforms.

Accessing the Calendar
To open your content calendar:
Go to Publish > Calendar from the left-hand menu.
Or visit https://socialbu.com/app/publish/calendar directly.

The calendar gives you an overview of your scheduled, published, draft, and awaiting approval posts in one place.
Viewing Post Details
Use the calendar to review what is planned across your connected accounts.
Switch between Week and Month views from the top-right of the calendar.
Click a post to open its details in a pop-up.
From the post details, you can preview the post and use the available actions, such as edit, duplicate, republish, or delete, depending on the post status and your permissions.
Use filters to narrow the calendar by team, account, or user when available.
Create a Post from the Calendar
To schedule a new post from a specific date:
Go to Publish > Calendar.
Click the date where you want to schedule the post.
Click the + button that appears on that date.
The Post Composer will open with that date selected.
Add your content, choose the account(s), set the time, and click Schedule.
Your post will appear on the calendar under the selected date.

Edit or Reschedule from the Calendar
You can manage many posts directly from the calendar.
Click a scheduled or editable post to open the post details.
Use Edit to update the content, media, accounts, or scheduled time when the option is available.
You can also drag an editable scheduled post to another future date/time to reschedule it.
Published posts cannot be edited, but they can be republished when the Republish option is available.
Republishing a Post Through Calendar
Republishing helps you reuse existing published content without creating it again from scratch.
Find the published post you want to reuse.
Click the post to open its details.
Click the three-dot menu (•••).
Select Republish.
Review the copied post in the composer, make any needed changes, choose a new date/time, and schedule it.

Can I change the social accounts when duplicating or republishing a post?
Yes. You can choose different social accounts in the composer before scheduling the copied post.
Will the copied post keep the original schedule?
No. You should choose a new date and time before scheduling it again.
Can I change the media before scheduling the copied post?
Yes. You can remove, replace, or add media before scheduling.
Can I schedule posts for multiple accounts at once?
Yes. While composing the post, select all the social accounts you want to publish to.
Is there a limit to how far in advance I can schedule a post?
You can schedule posts for future dates from the calendar. Platform and account limits may still apply depending on the selected social network.
Can I view posts created by my team members?
Yes, if your team permissions allow you to view those posts.
Can I filter the calendar by account or platform?
Yes. Use the calendar filters to narrow the view by team, account, or user where available.
Can I edit a published post from the calendar?
No. Published posts cannot be edited, but you can use Republish to create a new post from the published content.
