How to Bulk upload posts on Google My Business?

Want to save time by scheduling multiple posts at once to your Google Business Profile? With SocialBu’s Bulk Import feature, you can easily upload posts in bulk using a simple CSV file.

Bulk Importing your Posts on Google My Business Profile

  1. If you haven’t already, go to Accounts and connect your Google Business Profile. Go to the Bulk Import Section

  • Navigate to Publish → Bulk Import under the Publish Feature tab.

  1. Download the CSV Template

  • Click to download the CSV file provided. This template ensures your data is formatted correctly.

  1. Fill the CSV with Your Post Data

  • Enter your content, including the text, media URLs, and posting times.

  • Note: Ensure all entries follow the template format to avoid errors.

  1. Upload Your Completed CSV

  • Once filled, upload the CSV back to the Bulk Import section in SocialBu.

  1. Import and Confirm

  • A confirmation popup will appear showing the posts to be imported.

  • Click "Import" to proceed and your posts will be added to the scheduler.

Yes, simply add the image URLs in the designated column in the CSV file.
