How to cancel your Socialbu's subscription

If you've decided to cancel your SocialBu subscription, follow the following steps:​

Step 1: Access Account Settings

  • Log in to your SocialBu account

  • Click on your profile located at the top-leftcorner.​

  • From the dropdown menu, select Settings.​

Step 2: Navigate to Subscription & Billing

Step 3: Initiate Cancellation

  • Scroll down to find your current subscription plan details.​

  • Click on the Cancel button associated with your active plan.

If you're within the 7-day free trial and do not cancel, your chosen plan's fee will be automatically charged in USD.

Step 4: Confirm Cancellation

  • A series of prompts will appear to confirm your decision.​

  • Provide any requested feedback and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.

Ensure you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.​
