What is Network performance in Analyze?

Overview

The Network Performance section under the Analyze tab in SocialBu provides a detailed view of how your connected social media networks are performing. It offers platform-specific insights to help you better understand engagement trends, audience demographics, and content impact.

You can check the performance of the following platforms:

  • Twitter

  • LinkedIn

  • Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business)

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

To begin, select the platform you want to analyze. You can also filter by specific accounts and a custom date range to get more accurate insights.



Platform-wise Breakdown

1. Twitter

  • Followers Net Gain: Track how many new followers you’ve gained or lost.

  • Content at a Glance: View the type of content you’re posting (text, image, video) and how frequently.

2. LinkedIn

  • Followers Growth: Monitor the growth of your page followers.

  • Page Views: See how many users have visited your page.

  • Top Countries: Discover where your audience is located geographically.

  • Followers Demographics: Analyze follower details like job titles, industries, and location through data and graphs.


3. Google Business Profile

  • Desktop Map Views & Mobile Map Views: Track how users find your business on different devices.

    Call-to-Actions:

    • Phone Number Clicks

    • Website Clicks

    • Driving Direction Requests

  • Total Reviews: View the total number of customer reviews received over the selected period.


4. Facebook

  • Fans Growth: Monitor how many new followers you’ve gained.

  • Page Total Views: Number of users who visited your page.

  • Page Reach: Total number of unique users who saw your content.

  • Engaged Users: Number of users who interacted with your posts.

  • Followers Demographics: Understand your audience in terms of gender, age, and location.


5. Instagram

  • Followers Growth: Track increase or decrease in followers.

  • Profile Views: Number of times your Instagram profile was viewed.

    Reach and Impressions: Total reach and the number of times your posts were shown.

    Profile Actions:

    • Email Clicks

    • Website Clicks

    • Phone Call Clicks

  • Followers Demographics: Learn about your audience’s age, gender, and location.
