Set Up an Automation for Facebook Reviews

Overview

Use this automation when someone posts a review on a connected Facebook Page and you want SocialBu to reply or run another action automatically.

Before you start

  • Connect the Facebook Page to SocialBu.

  • Select the Facebook Page that should trigger the automation.

Steps

  1. Go to Automate and create a new automation.

  2. Select Someone posts a review as the trigger.

  3. Select the Facebook Page account.

  4. Add optional conditions, such as review content, whether the review is positive, or the reviewer name where available.

  5. Choose an action. For this trigger, SocialBu can send a reply, send an email, publish a post, add a post to a queue, or send an HTTP request.

  6. Save the automation and switch it to Active.

FAQs

Can I reply to reviews automatically?

Yes. Use the Send reply action and write the reply content.

Can I run different actions for positive and negative reviews?

Yes. Add condition groups and use the Is positive condition where available.

Can one automation monitor multiple Pages?

No. Use one trigger account per automation, or duplicate the automation for another Page.
