Delete an Existing Queue in SocialBu

If you no longer need a queue, you can delete it from the queue settings menu. Deleting a queue stops it from publishing and removes it from your Queues view.

Before you delete a queue

• Make sure you no longer need the queue schedule or the posts inside that queue.
• If you only want to stop publishing temporarily, disable the queue instead of deleting it.
• If you work inside a team, you need queue edit permission for that team.

Delete a queue

1. Go to Publish > Queues.
2. Open the queue you want to delete.
3. Click the dropdown caret next to Settings.
4. Select Delete Queue.
5. Confirm the deletion when SocialBu asks, Are you sure you want to delete this queue?

After confirmation, SocialBu redirects you back to the Queues view.

Delete a queue post instead

If you want to remove only one post from a queue, do not delete the whole queue. Open the queue, find the post, and click Delete on that post.

Can I recover a deleted queue?

Deleted queues cannot be restored from the SocialBu app. If you are unsure, disable the queue first and delete it later only when you are sure it is no longer needed.
