How to disconnect/remove or change Google Drive account from SocialBu

SocialBu connects to Google Drive when you use Composer → Upload from Drive. If you want to remove that access (or force a clean reconnect), you must disconnect SocialBu from your Google account.

This will not delete any files from Google Drive.

Disconnect SocialBu from Google Drive (recommended)

  1. Open Google Drive: https://drive.google.com

  2. Click the Settings (gear icon) (top-right).

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Manage apps.

  5. Find SocialBu.

  6. Click Options next to SocialBu.

  7. Choose Disconnect from Drive.

  8. Confirm.

Disconnect SocialBu from your Google Account (alternative)

If you don’t see SocialBu under Drive → Manage apps, remove it from Google Account security settings:

  1. Go to: https://myaccount.google.com

  2. Open Security.

  3. Scroll to Your connections to third-party apps & services.

  4. Select SocialBu.

  5. Click Remove all connections (or Remove access).

What happens after disconnecting?

  • The next time you use Composer → Upload from Drive, Google will prompt you to sign in and Allow access again.

  • If you manage multiple Google accounts, make sure you pick the same account that owns the Drive files you want to upload.
