SocialBu supports MCP so compatible AI assistants can connect to your SocialBu account and help with social media tasks. Examples include Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, OpenClaw, and other MCP-compatible clients.
What MCP can help with
After connecting and approving access, an assistant can use available SocialBu tools to help with tasks such as creating drafts, listing AI tools, generating content, reviewing schedules, checking analytics, and working with other supported SocialBu features.
How to connect
Open the SocialBu MCP server page or MCP settings from your SocialBu account.
Copy the MCP connection details shown for your account.
Open your MCP-compatible assistant, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or another supported client.
Add SocialBu as an MCP server using the connection details.
Authorize access when prompted.
Using AI tools through MCP
The assistant can list available SocialBu AI tools and run a selected tool with the required inputs. For example, you can ask it to find a caption tool, provide the topic and tone, and return generated content.
Access and security
Only connect assistants you trust. If you no longer want an assistant to access SocialBu, remove or revoke the connection from the relevant settings.
If connection fails
Check that you are signed in to the correct SocialBu account, the MCP connection details are copied correctly, and your assistant supports MCP servers.
