How to switch between teams/workspaces

Learn how to move between teams or workspaces in SocialBu and what to check if the expected team is not visible.

If you belong to more than one team or workspace in SocialBu, you can switch between them to manage the right accounts, posts, inboxes, and reports.

How to switch

  1. Sign in to your SocialBu account.

  2. Look for the team or workspace switcher in your dashboard, usually near the account, profile, or team area.

  3. Select the team or workspace you want to open.

  4. Confirm that the connected accounts, posts, and team members shown belong to the workspace you selected.

What changes when you switch?

When you switch teams or workspaces, SocialBu shows the resources connected to that workspace. This can include social accounts, scheduled posts, queues, approvals, inboxes, automations, and analytics.

If a team is not visible

  • Make sure you accepted the team invitation.

  • Check that you are signed in with the correct email address.

  • Ask the team owner or admin to confirm that you are still a member.

  • Refresh the dashboard or sign out and sign back in.

If something looks missing

You may not have permission to access every feature or account in a team. Ask the team owner or admin to review your permissions if you cannot see something you expect.
