View Published Posts in History

The History section shows posts that were published through SocialBu. It gives you a list-style view of past posts, separate from the calendar layout.

What you can use History for

• Review posts published through SocialBu.

• Search for past posts by keyword.

• Filter published posts by connected account.

• Filter by team where team access applies.

• Check post details and publishing records available in SocialBu.

What History does not do

• It does not show posts that were published directly from the social network outside SocialBu.

• It does not delete already-published posts from social platforms.

• It is not the same as Analyze reports. Use Analyze for performance metrics and reporting.

Can I delete a published post from History?

No. History is a record of posts published through SocialBu. If you need to remove a post that is already live, delete it directly from the social platform.

Why a post may be missing

A post may not appear in History if it was published outside SocialBu, belongs to an account or team you cannot access, or has not finished publishing yet.
