Where can I see my Top team members?

Overview

Tracking your top-performing team members can help you better understand individual contributions and overall team productivity. SocialBu offers a clear and detailed view of your team's performance metrics, including engagements, posts, and responses.

Steps to View Top Team Members in SocialBu

1. Navigate to the Analyze Section

• Log in to your SocialBu account.

• On the left-hand sidebar, click Analyze (look for the graph icon).

• Then click on Team under the Analyze options.

2. View the Top Team Members

• Scroll down to the Top Members section.

  Here, you will see performance metrics for each team member, such as:

  • Total posts created or scheduled

  • Total engagements gained

  • Number of published posts

  • Rejected posts (if any)

3. Filter the Report

• Click the Filter button in the top-right corner.

• Select a specific time range or a specific team to narrow your report.

• Click Apply to view the updated performance results.

This feature allows you to evaluate contributions, identify high performers, and support data-driven team management decisions.
