Reconnecting a Social Media Account

Sometimes, your social media account connection may expire or require updating. In such cases, you will need to reconnect the account to restore full functionality.

Steps to Reconnect an Account

  1. Navigate to the Accounts section in your SocialBu dashboard.

  2. Locate the account that requires reconnection.

  3. Click the Reconnect button next to the account.

  4. Log in again to your social media account when prompted.

  5. Grant the required permissions to complete the reconnection.

Once reconnected, your account will resume normal functionality.

Deleting a Social Media Account

If you no longer wish to manage a particular social media account through SocialBu, you can remove it at any time.

Steps to Delete an Account

  1. Go to the Accounts section in your SocialBu dashboard.

  2. Click on the social media account you want to remove.

  3. Select the Delete option.

  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

After deletion, the account will be removed from SocialBu, and you will no longer be able to schedule or manage content for that account unless it is added again.
