Once configured, this automation will trigger a predefined action such as publishing a post on your Facebook page whenever a new item appears in your RSS feed.

Steps to set up the automation
Step 1: Access the “Automate” feature
Log in to your account, navigate to the Automate section on the main dashboard, and click the "New Automation" button to begin the setup process.


Step 2: Name Your Automation
Enter a name for your automation, then click Next to proceed.

Step 3: Set the Trigger & Enter RSS Feed URL
From the first dropdown menu, select “RSS feed has new items.”

Step 4: Choose an Action & Data Placeholder(s)
Select the action to take when a new RSS item is detected. Options include:
Send an Email – Notifies selected recipients.
Publish a Social Media Post – Automatically posts to your chosen platforms.
Add Post to Queue – Saves the post in your queue for repeated use.
Send an HTTP Request – Triggers an external integration or webhook.
Use Data Placeholders
You can personalize your actions using data placeholders, such as the title, link, or description from the RSS feed item.

Step 5: Add Multiple Actions (Optional)
You can configure multiple actions for a single automation.

Step 6: Apply Conditions (Optional)
Add conditions to control when specific actions occur.
Example: Only publish a social media post if the RSS item contains certain keywords.

Step 7: Use Action Groups (Optional)
You can create multiple action groups, each with its own actions and conditions.
Action groups operate independently and offer more flexibility in how your automation behaves.
