If AI generation is not working as expected, the issue is usually related to plan access, usage limits, missing inputs, permissions, or connection errors.
AI is not available on my plan
AI-powered content generation requires a plan or team with content generation access. If you see an upgrade message, upgrade your plan or switch to a team that has AI access.
Usage limits
SocialBu tracks AI usage for your personal account or selected team. If you reach your plan limit, you may need to wait for the limit to reset or upgrade to a plan with more AI usage.
Team permissions
If you are generating content for a team, you need permission to use AI generation for that team. If the option is missing or blocked, ask the team owner or admin to review your permissions.
AI consent prompt
Some AI features ask you to accept a third-party AI consent message before generating content. If you decline or close the prompt, generation will not continue.
Input errors
Most AI tools require specific fields such as topic, tone, description, account, or variation count. If generation fails, check that all required fields are filled in and within the allowed length.
The result is not good enough
Try a more specific prompt. Include the audience, platform, tone, goal, and any required keywords. Generate a few variations, then edit the best one before publishing.
