Managing multiple social media accounts with a team requires clear visibility into each member’s contribution. SocialBu simplifies this with its Team Performance Reports under the Analyze section. These insights help you track team activities, evaluate productivity, and improve collaboration

Accessing Team Performance Reports
To evaluate your team’s performance:
Go to the Analyze section in SocialBu.
Click on the Team tab.
Select the relevant team and date range using the filter.
Team Performance is presented in three main report sections:
1. Publishing Overview
This section provides a comprehensive summary of your team’s publishing efforts, including:
Total Engagement earned from team-generated content.
Posts Scheduled by your team.
Posts Published successfully on social platforms.
Posts Rejected by other team members during the review or approval stage.
This overview gives you a clear picture of your team’s workload, efficiency, and engagement outcomes.

2. Top Members
This part highlights your most active and effective team members, based on:
Total engagement earned from their scheduled posts.
Number of posts scheduled.
Number of posts published.
Number of posts rejected, showing potential issues in content quality or strategy.
Use this to recognize your top performers and identify areas where others might need support or training.

3. Top Posts
This section displays the top 10 posts created and published by your team, ranked by the engagement they received.
It helps you:
Understand what content works best.
Attribute successful content to individual contributors.
Guide future strategy based on proven performance.

Set the Time Period for monthly / yearly reports
In the Filter Report panel:
Choose the Start Date and End Date to define your desired time frame.
Example for a month: April 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025
Example for a year: January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024

Access a specific team’s performance
From the Team dropdown, select a specific team to analyze or leave it blank to include all teams.

Access a specific account’s performance
Go to accounts on Filter and select your required social accounts.

Apply the Filter
Once your filters are set, click “Apply”.
The dashboard will display the performance metrics.
FAQs
Can I export the team performance reports?
Yes, you can download charts and graphs in PDF, PNG, or JPEG formats for presentations or reporting.
Can I compare two teams’ performance?
Currently, you can view one team’s report at a time. To compare, apply filters for each team separately, and analyze the metrics side by side.
What if no data appears?
Make sure the selected team has performed actions (published or scheduled posts) during the selected date range.
What if a post is rejected multiple times?
Only the final rejection is counted, but reviewing feedback between members can provide context for improvements.
Can I track multiple teams?
Yes, if you manage multiple teams within SocialBu, you can use filters to evaluate each team's performance separately.
Are these reports updated in real-time?
Reports are updated regularly to ensure you’re seeing the most recent team activity and engagement data.
Does SocialBu offer comparison?
Currently, SocialBu does not offer side-by-side comparison in the dashboard, but you can run filters for separate time ranges and export the results for manual comparison.
Are these reports available for all team members?
Only users with admin or specific reporting permissions can view full team performance data.
What social media platforms are included in the team report?
Reports cover all platforms connected to SocialBu, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
