🔒 Note: Only the account owner (the person who purchased the subscription) can create a team and add team members.
FAQs
Can I add more users than the limit?
No, you cannot exceed the user limit defined in your plan. To add more users, consider upgrading your subscription.
Can I delete a team and create a new one?
Yes, you can delete an existing team and use that slot to create a new one within the limits of your current plan.
Do all team members need paid SocialBu accounts?
No. Team members can join with a free SocialBu account once they are invited by the team owner.
Who can manage teams?
Only the account owner or users with admin-level permission can manage teams, add or remove members, and assign permissions.
