Account got disconnected

A social account can get disconnected due to a number of reasons including but not limited to:

  • Credentials (username or password) changes
  • Session expires
  • Security issue with the account
  • The social platform being down (rare but happens)

You can re-connect your social account by going to the Accounts page.

  1. Click on the account name
  2. Click reconnect and follow the instructions if required
