My card keeps getting denied

Sometimes, it happens your payment does not get through resultantly your subscription gets canceled. There can be multiple reasons for this. 
We have listed some frequently occurring reasons for payment failures:
  • Insufficient Funds
  • Expired Card being used
  • Card reported as stolen or lost
  • Incorrect Card Information
  • Card Restrictions for a specific purchase
  • Additional Security Checks by card issuer
But unfortunately issuers of cards mark these all declines as “generic” so you don’t know the exact reason for such declines. 

The best practice would be to call your card issuer and ask for more information and resolve that.
