Managing your subscription, understanding charges, and handling payment issues should be simple. This guide covers everything you need to know about billing, payment methods, coupons, refunds, and invoices at SocialBu – all in one place.

💰 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Apple Pay (on supported devices)
  • Google Pay (on supported browsers)

💡 Note: We currently do not support PayPal or bank transfers.


💳 Updating Your Payment Details

To change or update your payment method:

  1. Go to Billing Settings in your SocialBu account.
  2. Under Payment Method, click Update Card.
  3. Enter your new card details and save the changes.

Your new payment method will be used for the next billing cycle.


❌ Payment Declined? Here's What to Check

If your card keeps getting declined:

  • Double-check that the card details (number, expiration date, CVV) are correct.
  • Ensure your card has sufficient balance or credit.
  • Contact your bank to confirm they’re not blocking the transaction.
  • Make sure international transactions are enabled on your card.

✅ If problems persist, try using a different card or payment method.


🎟️ How to Redeem a Coupon Code

To apply a discount or promo code:

  1. Go to Billing Settings.
  2. Click Apply Coupon Code.
  3. Enter your code and click Redeem.

✅ The discount will automatically apply to your next billing cycle.


📄 Understanding Your Charges: Billing Breakdown

If you're wondering why you were charged a certain amount, here's what could be included:

  • Your Trial might have ended. You will get charged automatically after your trial ends
  • If you believe you were charged after canceling your subscription, please first verify whether the cancellation was successfully completed. If your subscription was indeed canceled, you should not be charged. However, if you were still billed, please reach out to SocialBu support so we can investigate and assist you promptly.

🧾 Downloading Invoices

To access or download your invoices:

  1. Navigate to Billing Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Invoices section.
  3. Click Download next to the invoice you need.

Invoices are provided in PDF format and include all necessary billing details for accounting purposes.


🔁 Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience at SocialBu. However, because we offer a free trial, we generally do not offer refunds after a payment is made.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Technical errors resulting in incorrect billing
