Add, Remove, or Reconnect Social Accounts

Adding your social media accounts to SocialBu is the first step to managing all your platforms in one place. Follow this quick guide to connect your profiles and start scheduling, monitoring, and engaging with ease.

To connect your social accounts:

Step 1: Open SocialBu

1. Go to SocialBu.com and log in to your account.
2. Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your dashboard.

Step 2: Access the Social Accounts Section

1. From the left sidebar, click on “Social Accounts” or “+ Add Account” if it’s your first time.
2. This will take you to a page listing all the available social media platforms you can connect.

Step 3: Choose the Platform You Want to Connect

You’ll see a list of popular platforms supported by SocialBu

Step 4: Authorize and Connect

1. Click on the platform you want to connect.
2. You’ll be redirected to the platform's login or authorization page.
3. Log in and authorize SocialBu to access your account.
4. After authorization, you’ll be redirected back to SocialBu, where your account will now appear as connected.

Step 5: Repeat for Other Platforms

Want to manage more than one platform? Simply repeat the process for each account you want to add.

Need to Reconnect an Account?

You will need to reconnect your account if you have changed your account's password, made any changes to your account, need to fetch new pages or boards, or if you encounter any issues.

• Locate the account you want to reconnect and click the “Reconnect” button.

Need to delete the account?

To remove a social account, click on the account and select “Delete.
