SocialBu’s Calendar feature provides a visual and interactive way to schedule your social media posts. It helps you plan your content ahead, stay organized, and ensure consistent publishing across all your connected platforms.

Accessing the Calendar
To view your content calendar:
- Go to Publish > Calendar from the left-hand menu
- Or visit https://socialbu.com/app/publish/calendar directly
You’ll see a complete overview of all your past published and upcoming scheduled posts in a monthly or weekly view.
Viewing Post Details
To check the details of a specific post:
Hover your cursor over the post
Or click on the post to open a popup with complete post details.
How to Schedule a Post via Calendar
To schedule a new post:
- Go to the Calendar
- Click on the specific day/date you want to schedule a post
- A + button will appear—click it
- This opens the Post Composer
- Create your content, select the desired time, and click Schedule
- Your post will now appear on the calendar on the chosen date
