Can I see published content based on Content?

SocialBu allows you to view and filter your published content based on specific keywords. Follow the steps below:

Steps to Filter Published Posts by Content

  1. Navigate to the History Section
    • From the left-hand menu on the dashboard, click on Publish > History (as shown in the first screenshot).

    • Open the Filter Panel
    • In the History section, locate the Filter option (indicated by the funnel icon or visible on the screen).
    • Click on the Filter Posts button to open the filter panel on the right side (as shown in the second screenshot).

      Enter Keywords

    • Under the Content field in the filter panel, type the keyword(s) you want to search for in your published posts. For example, you could enter "Quote" to find posts containing this word.

    • Apply the Filter
    • Click the Apply button at the bottom of the filter panel to display posts matching your keyword criteria.

      Review Filtered Results

    • The main screen will now display only the published posts that contain the specified keyword(s).

Additional Tips:

  • Other Filter Options: You can also filter by Team or Accounts if you're managing multiple users or social profiles.
  • Clear Filters: If you want to see all posts again, simply clear the entered keyword or reset the filters.

By following these steps, you can easily manage and review your published content based on specific keywords or phrases.
