SocialBu allows team collaboration by enabling managers to review and approve posts created by their team members. If a post is awaiting your approval, you can easily approve it in just a few steps.

Step-by-Step Guide to Approving a Post
1. Go to the “Awaiting Approval” Section
To access posts submitted by your team for approval, begin by navigating to the left-hand menu inside your SocialBu dashboard. Under the Publish section, you’ll see an option labeled Awaiting Approval. Clicking this will take you to a dedicated section where all team-created posts pending your review are listed.
Each post in this section is waiting for your confirmation before it can be published or scheduled. This centralized view helps you quickly identify which content requires your attention
2. Review the Post
Once you're inside the Awaiting Approval section, scroll through the list of posts and locate the one you’d like to review first. Click on the post to expand it and view its complete content. This includes any text, images, or videos, and the linked social media accounts it is intended to be published on.
3. Approve the Post
If you’re satisfied with the post after your review, you can proceed to approve it. You will find the Approve button either below or next to the post, depending on your screen layout. Simply click this button to finalize the approval process.
Once approved, the post will be scheduled or published according to its original settings—whether it's set for immediate posting or for a specific time in the future.
4. Confirmation
After you approve/reject a post, it will no longer appear in the Awaiting Approval section. Instead, it will be moved to the Scheduled section if it is set to be posted at a later time, or to the Published section if the scheduled time has already passed or if it was set to publish immediately. This automatic organization ensures a clean and updated workflow for your content management.
