How to view Team performances based on months/years?

Tracking your team’s performance over time is essential for evaluating productivity and optimizing collaboration. With SocialBu, you can easily analyze team performance for any custom date range—including monthly or yearly periods—using detailed reporting tools.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to the Team Performance Section
- From the SocialBu dashboard, click on “Analyze” in the left-hand menu.
- Select the “Team” tab to open the Team Performance Dashboard.
2. Access the Filter Options
- Click on the “Filter” button located at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
3. Set the Time Period
- In the Filter Report panel:
- Choose the Start Date and End Date to define your desired time frame.
- Example for a month: April 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025
- Example for a year: January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024
- From the Team dropdown, select a specific team to analyze or leave it blank to include all teams.
4. Apply the Filter
- Once your filters are set, click “Apply”.
- The dashboard will display the performance metrics for the selected time period.
What Metrics Can You See?
SocialBu's Team Performance report includes the following insights:
- Total Engagements: Combined likes, comments, and shares generated by the team’s posts.
- Scheduled Posts: Number of posts that were scheduled during the selected time frame.
- Published Posts: Total posts published by the team across all social accounts.
- Rejected Posts: Posts that were created but rejected during the team workflow.
- Top Posts: Highlights of the top-performing posts created by the team based on engagement.

Currently, SocialBu does not offer side-by-side comparison in the dashboard, but you can run filters for separate time ranges and export the results for manual comparison.

Yes. Graphs and charts can be downloaded as PDF, PNG, or JPEG formats by clicking the three-bar menu on each visual element.
- Are these reports available for all team members?
Only users with admin or specific reporting permissions can view full team performance data.
