How to view Team performances based on months/years?
Navigate to the Team Performance Section:
- Go to Analyze from the left-hand menu.
Select Team to open the "Team Performance" dashboard.
Access the Filter Options
- Click the Filter button located at the top-right of the Team Performance dashboard.
Set the Time Period:
- In the Filter Report panel:
- Choose the Start Date and End Date to specify a time range.
- For example:
- To view performance for a specific month, set the date range to cover that month (e.g., April 1, 2024, to April 30, 2024).
- To view performance for a specific year, set the range from January 1 to December 31 of that year.
- From the Team dropdown menu, select the desired team or leave it blank to view all teams.
Apply the Filter
- After entering the date range and selecting the team, click Apply.
- The performance metrics for the selected month(s) or year will be displayed, including:
- Total engagements
- Scheduled posts
- Published posts
Review and Compare Metrics
- Use the displayed data to evaluate the team's monthly or yearly performance trends.
- Look at the Top Posts section for insights on high-performing content during that time period.
