Overview

SocialBu makes it easy to track and evaluate how well your teams are performing in managing social media tasks. Whether you want to see engagement stats or monitor which posts performed the best, you can get all insights using the Team Performance dashboard.

Steps to View Team Performance

1. Access the Analytics Section

  • Log in to your SocialBu account.
  • From the left-hand sidebar, click on Analyze to expand its options.
  • Select Team from the sub-menu. This opens the Team Performance Dashboard.

2. Use the Filter Option

  • Click the Filter button located at the top-right of the dashboard.

    In the filter panel:

    • Select the Start Date and End Date to define the time range you want to analyze.
    • From the Team dropdown menu, choose the specific team whose performance you want to review.
  • Click Apply to load the filtered report.

3. Analyze the Team’s Metrics

After applying the filters, the dashboard will display key performance data, including:

  • Total Engagements: Sum of likes, comments, shares, etc.
  • Scheduled Posts: Number of posts the team has scheduled.
  • Published Posts: Number of posts that were successfully published.
  • Rejected Posts: Posts that were not approved or discarded by other team members.
  • Top Posts: A list of the highest-performing posts created or managed by the selected team during the filtered time period.

  • Can I compare two teams’ performance?

Currently, you can view one team’s report at a time. To compare, apply filters for each team separately and analyze the metrics side by side.

  • Can I export the team performance report?

Yes, graphs and charts on the report can be downloaded in PDF, PNG, or JPEG formats for sharing and record keeping.

  • What if no data appears?

Make sure the selected team has performed actions (published or scheduled posts) during the selected date range.
