Overview

If your social media accounts are grouped under different teams in SocialBu, you can view content performance specific to a team. This helps you track and evaluate content strategies for various departments, clients, or campaigns more effectively.

Steps to View Team-Based Content Performance

  1. Log in to your SocialBu account.

  1. From the left-hand menu, click on the Analyze section.

  1. Under Analyze, select Content to open the content performance dashboard.

  1. On the top-right of the screen, click the Filter button.

  1. In the filter panel, locate the Team dropdown.

  1. Select the team whose content performance you wish to analyze.
  2. Click Apply to load the filtered performance data for that team's accounts.

  • Can I view content performance for multiple teams at once?

No, currently you can only filter by one team at a time to ensure clearer insights.

  • What metrics will be shown in team-based filtering?

You will see team-specific metrics such as top-performing posts, engagement trends, publishing behavior, and hashtag analysis—only for the accounts under the selected team.

  • Can I download the filtered team report?
