Overview

SocialBu makes it easy to evaluate how your connected social media accounts are performing over time. You can view monthly or yearly reports using the Account Performance section in the Analyze tab. These insights help you understand follower growth, profile activity, and engagement metrics for each platform.

Steps to View Monthly/Yearly Account Performance Report

  1. Log in to your SocialBu account.

  1. In the left-hand menu, click on Analyze.

  1. Select the Account tab to open the Account Performance dashboard.

  1. Click on the Filter button located at the top-right.
  • Set your desired Start Date and End Date to define the time range for your report.
    • For monthly reports: Select the 1st to the last day of the month (e.g., May 1, 2025 – May 31, 2025)
    • For yearly reports: Select January 1 to December 31

  1. Once the dates are selected, click Apply to generate the report.

  • Can I view performance of a specific account only?

Yes, use the account dropdown in the filter section to select a specific social media account.

  • What metrics are included in the report?
