Why my social account is disconnected?
This can happen for a few reasons:
- Token Expiration: LinkedIn requires that users reauthorize their accounts periodically for security reasons.
- Changed Credentials: If you've recently changed your LinkedIn password, you'll need to reconnect your account to SocialBu.
- Permission Changes: LinkedIn might update its API permissions, requiring a reauthorization.
- Network Issues: Temporary network issues can sometimes cause disconnections.
To reconnect your LinkedIn account:
- Go to your SocialBu accounts page.
- Click on 'Add account'
- Then click on relevant social platform and it will redirect you to that platform for authorization.
- Once done, your account has been reconnected successfully.
