How to cancel your Socialbu's subscription
- Ensure you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
If you've decided to cancel your SocialBu subscription, follow the following steps:
Step 1: Access Account Settings
- Log in to your SocialBu account
- Click on your profile icon located at the top-right corner.
- From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Subscription & Billing
- Within the Settings menu, click on Subscription & Billing.
Step 3: Initiate Cancellation
- Scroll down to find your current subscription plan details.
- Click on the Cancel button associated with your active plan.
If you're within the 7-day free trial and do not cancel, your chosen plan's fee will be automatically charged in USD.
Step 4: Confirm Cancellation
- A series of prompts will appear to confirm your decision.
- Provide any requested feedback and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
