Why my automation got failed/disabled?
This article covers the reasons why automation got failed and ways to resolve the issue.
There are a few different scenarios that can cause automation failure.
- The user who created the automation has no longer the admin of SocialBu, which had permissions enabled, when they previously created automation.
- If your automation tries to create an item and the item limit has been reached, the automation will be deactivated. (For example, in the SocialBu starter plan you can create only 4 automation, in the standard plan you can create 16 automation, super plan 60 automation, and for Supreme, you can create 400 automation). You can check the pricing details here.
- If you get this error, this shows the RSS link that you have added is disabled or is not responding. This can be because of two reasons: The RSS feed link that you have added is incorrect, Remove the link and add it again to make sure it is correct.
- If your account has been deactivated/cancelled for two or more weeks the automation that you have created your automation will be deactivated.
