Reauthorizing the connection between SocialBu and Facebook or Instagram Business
You’ll find steps to reauthorize the connection between SocialBu and Facebook or Instagram below, above all this we have shared some troubleshooting processes to avoid the reauthorization process.
First of all, we need to confirm personal Facebook profile is an admin on the Facebook page that you want to reauthorize or refresh or that is linked to Facebook or Instagram.
- Now that Facebook has realized their Business Suite experience. So follow this link (https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=profile_access), to check page access roles.
- After checking admin roles, you have to check the Business Integration settings of your profile (https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings), you can simply follow this link to edit and view business integration.
- Select view and edit, and make sure you have checked all (or the ones that are relevant to SocialBu) sections, each section may need to be expanded by clicking see all pages.
- After selecting pages (that you want to manage via SocialBu), click on Save button.
If you can't find your pages in SocialBu and not showing in the popup, we recommend removing SocialBu from Business Integration.
Note that if you remove SocialBu from business integration all data will be removed, make sure you have a backup.
- After removing, go to SocialBu, and add an account after that select all pages that you want to add to SocialBu.
After following all the troubleshooting processes you are good to go.
