Changing the email address or password
Account ownership is transferred by changing the email address associated with the SocialBu account to the email address of the intended new owner.
Changing email:
All you will need to do is to go to your SocialBu account settings and from there change your email address to the email address of the person who is getting the ownership of the account.
- The new owner must verify their email address through a verification email sent to them by SocialBu.
- If new owner haven't received the email containing the verification email, please be sure to:
- Check your spam/junk folder
Changing password:
- Go to Accounts in Settings and enter the current password of your SocialBu account and retype your New Password that you would like to have after changing your password.
