Error: Account Connection Broken

Sometimes it happens that your scheduled posts or stories fail to publish due to the broken account connection. The reasons could be many of disconnections but you can surely work to avoid this situation.
Connect your account again in SocialBu if you did any of these things with your account
  • Changed account Password
  • Changed anything in Security settings
  • Changed anything in Permission settings
  • Changed the Username
  • Changed account type

If not anything mentioned has changed (in case of Instagram) then ask us at support@socialbu.com to clear your Instagram account session.

To Avoid Such Conditions:

  • Make sure to reconnect your account to SocialBu after you have made any type of security changes like your password, two-factor authentication or any other permission settings.
  • Most of the time the account disconnection issue occurs on Instagram accounts. The reason for that is the inconsistency of Instagram API for Direct Connections. In order to avoid this, we suggest you connect your account through Facebook if you just aim to do Instagram posting but in case you want to do the Instagram Stories then Direct Connection is the only way to do that.
