Steps to Approve or Reject a Post

1. Go to the ‘Awaiting Approval’ Section

Navigate to the Publish tab in your dashboard. Under this section, select Awaiting Approval.

2. Review the Posts

You’ll see all posts that are pending your approval. Each post will have the options to:

✅ Approve

❌ Reject

3. Approve a Post

Click Approve if the post looks good to go.

Once approved, the post will either be published immediately or scheduled, depending on the original settings.

4. Reject a Post with Feedback

Click Reject if the post requires changes.

A pop-up will appear prompting you to add your feedback or reason for rejection. This message will be sent directly to the team member who created the post.

💬 Tip: Constructive feedback helps your team improve content quality faster.

5. Make Minor Edits (Optional)

If the post only needs small changes, you don’t have to reject it. You can simply edit the post yourself before approving it.
