How Approval Roles are Assigned
- When creating a team, the Team Admin can assign the role of Post Approver to themselves or to one or more team members.
- This role gives designated members the authority to review, approve, or reject posts before they go live.

- To assign the post approval role to a team member:
- Go to the team settings.
- Navigate to the Awaiting Approval menu.
- Select the team member(s) you want to grant approval permissions.
- Only members with this role can approve or reject posts awaiting approval.

- You can manage approval permissions within the team settings in SocialBu. Specifically:
- Go to your team dashboard.
- Click on Awaiting Approval from the Publish section.
