Downloading invoices

You can download your invoice by following these steps. 

  • Make sure you are logged in to SocialBu
  • Go to SocialBu Settings and switch to the Billing & Subscription tab
  • Scroll down and you will see "Invoices"

  • Click "Load Invoices" if the invoices are not already loaded
  • All your invoices will load and you can download any one of them
